My initial treatment consists of a thorough case history, not just to record the facts, but to listen between the lines to the unspoken issues. Often these are core issues, that are keeping you stuck in your life paradigm. Being fully heard, seen and acknowledged, combined with gentle nurturing, opens a safe way for unraveling to occur. Then Acutonics is used to dissolve any blockages and to allow the system to come back to homeostasis and deep relaxation. Finishing with a short sound bath. This is often a 2 to 2.5 hour process.
